Production Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to Supervisors
Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
Work with the insurance companies to manage the claims for our customers
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with repairs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Great Customer Service Skills
Must have 3 years’ experience as an Auto Body Shop Estimator
Valid Driver’s License required
Must be willing to submit to a background check
I-Car certified preferred
Confidence to handle high volumes under pressure
Knowledge in Estimating CCC Pathways / CCC One
Effectively communicate with insurance companies and customers
Strong organizational and computer skills
